The name EASYCAMPER is the exclusive property of JORGE TALLÓN ÁLVAREZ, who has it duly registered. Its ownership grants him, in accordance with article 34 of Law 17/2001, of 17 December, on Trademarks, the exclusive right to use the distinctive signs. Therefore, their use by third parties without authorisation is prohibited.

The contents, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images and, in general, any creation on this official site, as well as the site itself as a whole, are protected as copyright by intellectual property legislation.

FIFTH – Jurisdiction and applicable law

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts of Seville are competent to resolve any controversy or conflict arising from these general conditions, and the USER expressly renounces any other jurisdiction that may correspond to him/her.

SIXTH.

Should any clause of this document be declared null and void, the remaining clauses shall remain in force and shall be interpreted taking into account the will of the parties and the very purpose of these conditions.
